Design Notes

The amino acid sequence is back-translated to DNA sequence which is codon-optimized for Homo sapiens

Note: There are two changes noted on the DNA. These changes were made to get rid of restriction sites for AgeI. If this change isn't needed then the sequence can be changed back to ACCGGT at these sites. The changes are annotated on the DNA sequence.
